This office got me in same day for a root canal. They were so understanding when I told them that I was in my first trimester and quite nauseous. All the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Poulous was the best! He took time to explain everything he was doing and ensure that I had everything I needed. He also often checked in with me on how I was doing and was super encouraging. I hadn’t heard of him before, but I had total confidence in his ability and was not disappointed. Hope I don’t need another root canal anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly where I’m going to have it done.

I woke up with severe tooth pain on a Friday and my dentist referred me to Central Ohio Endodontics for a root canal. The following Monday, I went in for my root canal appointment. Dr. Menke explained everything clearly and I felt comfortable with the treatment pain. I had been so uncomfortable for several days that the root canal felt like nothing (honestly the numbing was a relief). I was in and out in about 55 minutes! 24 hours later and I am feeling so much better! If you’re reading this and scared of a root canal, please don’t be! It felt like a normal filling and was quick and painless.

Thank You, Thank You!! Dr. Stephen Smith, Angel & Katherine ~ thank you. In my many post hockey years I have had the great displeasure of some painful procedures. This experience from start to finish with your group was amazing. Pain Management top notch, kindness and attention to detail from staff super. I just wanted to take a moment and recognize just how great you all are at your craft. Thank you all so much! Have a great Summer!! Best - Shannon P. Weimerskirch

Dr. James Poulos might just be my favorite dental professional of all time! As someone who has had my fair share of dental work over the years, I don’t say that lightly. I saw him for a root canal follow-up, and his expertise as an endodontist is matched only by his bedside manner. He is so kind and down-to-earth, making sure you feel heard and comfortable with the plan. It’s rare to find a specialist who takes such care to ensure you truly understand what’s going on.

I had an excellent experience with my root canal treatment, thanks to Dr. Smith’s and his assistant for extraordinary skill and professionalism. They made the entire procedure incredibly smooth and comfortable, putting me at ease every step of the way. I really appreciated how they kept me informed throughout the procedure—explaining what they was doing next and what to expect, whether it was some pressure on the tooth or a loud noise. That level of communication made a huge difference and helped ease any anxiety. Their expertise and attention to detail truly stand out, and the process was far easier than I ever expected. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and highly experienced dentist. An outstanding experience from start to finish!
